Disorganized and Inconvenient Experience I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience here. After relocating from California we have struggled to find a pediatric dental office for our children. I was overjoyed to finally secure an appointment. However, the experience quickly turned sour. Despite arriving 30 minutes early and completing all the necessary paperwork online, I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to complete exams or a cleaning on my children due to a lack of their most recent X-rays. Shockingly, this requirement was never communicated to me when I made the appointment. Had I known, I would have had their previous dental office fax over the images, sparing me the hassle and inconvenience of leaving work early and checking my children out of school. The sheer disorganization and lack of communication exhibited by this office is inexcusable. As a result, I’m deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. My daughter had her 1st cleaning ever and she was less than cooperative. She was nervous and scared and was not ready to let anything get done. However, the denatal assistant, Divina, was amazing! She had such a calmness about her and put my little at ease. She was so patient and understanding with her and explained everything as well as she could. We will definitely return, if only for Divina!

I was delighted to find that this practice accepted my insurance and was able to get my daughter in so quickly for her tooth pain. The first visit was great. The staff was all pleasant. The visit was throughly done. They showed me the x-rays and explained well the needed procedures and answered any questions I may had. I scheduled my daughter's follow-up appointment, for a Saturday appointment. The appointment time was at 9am, we arrived and checked in on time. However, my daughter wasn't taken back to the chair until 10:05am! My issue is that the front desk staff totally ignored that we were waiting for so long. After the hour of our waiting, I asked the front desk how much longer will our wait be and that's when she said, "oh they are getting the room ready and it shouldn't be more than 5 minutes". It would have been nice to receive an apology or acknowledgement from the front desk or dental assistant or dentist. Due to us having to wait so long. Therefore I am now finding my family
