Incredible new patient experience. The hygienist was friendly and empathetic and went out of her way to explain what she was doing and supported any questions I had. The facility is clean and modern and the appointment was prompt.

It is interesting, they sent me a combined total of seven reminders to make sure that I was going to be at the appointment and have everything ready, and then 20 minutes before the appointment I received a phone call letting me know that they need an update on insurance information or my visit would not be covered. How is it that they required two weeks of constant affirmative replies that I am ready to come, when they were not ready for me to come. They instead decide to get my insurance information 20 minutes before the appointment and made me late getting there. Interesting.

Dr.Lewis is hands down one of the best, if not the best dentists I have ever had. She is efficient, fast, and effective in the way she takes care of her patients. Such a kind and genuine person, and always does an amazing job when I come to Inspire Dental Group. I used to have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work, and she really helped alleviate a lot of that anxiety when I come in for cleanings or fillings. Keep up the amazing work Dr.Lewis! :)
