Winning Smiles - Orchard Park

I took my little guy (7) for a cleaning. Everyone is so nice. They found 2 cavities during the check-up that they were able to fill while we were there. I love that they cater to busy families like mine.

Absolutely awful. Second visit for a crown. Four week earlier went to have my crown placed and my crown didn’t fit because the vendor messed it up. Four weeks later when they could schedule me it took over an hour. First the lady was so rough she knocked out my filling when taking the temporary off. Then they left my room to see other patients just to eventually come back for five minutes and put my crown in. Fast forward ten more minutes to schedule and they book me an apt 6 weeks away. 6 weeks to fix the hole in my tooth which you caused by knocking out my filling. Needless to say we left and are switching dentists. This place does nothing but pump people in and out. They truly don’t care about anything else.

My daughters have always had a great experience here, and we rarely wait to be seen. My youngest went for her first appointment today at 2 years old, and she left saying, “The dentist was so much fun!” Kids usually get a balloon and little toy after. I tell my kids it’s because they take such good care of their teeth. I also go here for my cleanings, because it’s convenient to share the same dentist.
