Pam at the front desk for Ortho was always so sweet! Other than that I have nothing good to say. My sons treatment was supposed to take 23 months, here we are 60 plus months later and the braces are finally off, only after I told them they were not treating him anymore regardless if they thought his treatment was done. I would ask what’s holding them up and all they would say is “oh his teeth are just moving slowly” or “just another month or so”. Would not recommend this place at all!

I am a new patient to the practice. My appointment was 6/12/23 however upon my arrival I was notified that the computer systems were down and power was affected. I was told that they would call me the next day to reschedule. The front office staff as well as the hygienist were kind. About 30 minutes later I received a call back from the office as they were back up and running. They were able to get me in the next day for my appointment. At my appointment I was greeted kindly as I walked in. My hygienist, Margaret, was pleasant, informative and most importantly she was gentle. When Dr Nadarajah came in he greeted me warmly, performed his exam and thanked me for coming to the practice. At checkout I had an interaction with 3 lovely ladies. They were kind and helpful, they made eye contact and smiled as I was being check out. You might not think eye contact and a smile is a big deal, however to me it is HUGE! Don't go here unless you want to be treated poorly, lied to, pay more than necessary for your dental care or end up being gaslighted about how you feel about the treatment you've recieved. You will walk into this building and sit down for your appointment and hear every person that works there from receptionists, to dentists, to dental hygienists complain about it - as they should. I was getting dental care from this practice for a few years and had limited positive interactions. When I first came to the practice I was told that I had a few cavities which I then got taken care of. The next time I come in that dentist is no longer with the practice. Okay, fine, then I'm told I have another cavity so I get it taken care of. Six months later I am told that one of the cavities actually wasn't filled correctly as the 2nd dentist I had there (i believe) was fired from the company. So now I have to pay to get it retaken care of a second time. I do, and then after this I am in more pain than I
