I am the type of person who is afraid of dentists. I was sure that i would never go back to this jefferson because of how rude the front staff was when i was there last year. NOW they have all this new personal. They called me to set up an appointment for my exam since i am due. I told the young man i did not want to go back because of how horrible they were with me. The young man on the phone apologized, and said I want to apologize for how bad your experience was with this office. We do have new personnel in office, which I am one of them and I want to ensure you that this office has changed and we want to give all of our patients the best experience. I understand that you had a horrible experience with our previous personal, but if you give us one more chance, you will love it.” So I allowed him to set up an appointment, went to the clinic, and everyone was Amazing! I Loved how EVERYONE at the front desk greeted me the moment i walked in the clinic. Edson, and sandra made my day! I

I recently got some work done at Jefferson dental (William cannon location). The doctor Dr. Shea, and his assistant Zack, as well as the hygienist Avery, did a very excellent job on making a nervous dental visitor like myself quite comfortable and calm for my procedure. They did a very excellent job on the work that I needed done. The beautiful ladies in the reception area (Yasmin, Sandra, and Evelyn) in the front were so inviting and made you feel comfortable and ready to get your work done. I would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone I know. Thank you so much Jefferson Dental, I can smile happily again. ????????????

Literal body horror. Dentist numbed my left side to work on 10&12. He drilled 10&12. Then filled 12. Started shaving down 7. I asked him to stop because I was in pain. I expressed “I didn’t know you were going to work on that side. It’s not numb. That hurts.” Told me, “it’s because we need to work so close to the gum line.” He finished working on 7, didn’t polish any of the two fillings, didn’t finish filling 10, said he was done and left. I was shaking and crying because of the pain of having tooth 7 drilled. I felt a giant gap on 10 and a sharp edge on 7. Nurse called him in. He filled 10 then denied ever working on 7. Told me “you are probably just noticing that because you’re more aware of how your mouth feels right now.” I left and looked at 12 in the mirror and it looks so bad. It looks like Texas. I screamed because of the body horror feeling. Like SCREAM screamed. Waiting to hear from the regional manager. Experiencing temperature sensitivity where I didn’t before. I’m in pain.
