Michael Black, DDS

I love Dr. Black he's helped me with all my dental work and it has not been a small feat! He does not judge or scold, he's chill and I appreciate him. If you want a dentist that is here for you, Dr. Black is the best!

I used to love Dr. Black, when I had seen him about eight years ago. He seemed patient, up to date, and willing to sit and explain options and procedures. But recently, my experiences with him have been starkly different. After visiting him after a break without dental insurance, he often rushed through visits without explaining very thoroughly unless I asked him specific questions. Unfortunately, I wasn't always able to ask the right questions, so I was frequently left in the dark. Dr. Black suggested that three of my teeth were going to fall out and that he would need to eventually replace them with implants. I double checked this with another dentist who said that my teeth were healthy and that replacing them with implants was extreme. Lastly, it seemed that many of his dental assistants were new or inexperienced. It always felt that he was in the process of training them, which made me feel uneasy. The staff is great. Dr. Black does professional work. He’s the kind of dentist most people would like.
