The Smile Studio

Working with Dr Ellis (and Lauren) was a dream!!! The process from beginning to end was so simple and we were constantly in touch to make sure my goals were met. Not only was everyone at the office amazing, but the results are even more so! They look so much better than I could have imagined. Incredible work! I’ve waited 34 years and can finally say that I love my teeth!!! Thank you!!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but feel very strongly about this so here I am leaving a review. I did not have a pleasant experience with the smile studio. The staff is great and really take into consideration their patients. That being said, I went it for a simple cleaning and had to get some tests done on my teeth. They initially said that they took my insurance so they went forward with these tests. I receive a bill months later billing me to pay the remainder of the amount that they had charged me. They also came back to say that they didn’t take the insurance that I had. If they would have been honest upfront I would have had 0 issues, but they were dishonest and completely blindsided me. I tried talking through the situation with them on the phone and they were rude, not allowing me to share what happened, and not listening to anything that I had to say. Be careful when working with this dentist office. I would not recommend.

Dr. Ellis and the team at The Smile studio are truly amazing! I have been going to The Smile studio for over seven years and have only had great experiences! The team are always friendly and treat you like family. Dr Ellis takes the time to go over any concerns and gives you the best recommendations. He’s patient and does THE best work. I love my new smile!
