Normally, I have nothing but great experiences at this practice. Today, I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency, but the employee I spoke to was insanely rude about it. Just because I texted to confirm an appointment doesn't mean something can't come up the day of. There was no need for outright hostility. I could hear the eye rolling through the phone call.

Professional, personal, and willing to work with you. Example: My dental plan coverage was much less than I needed to be done at one point. So we arranged to do half prior to my insurance calendar year rolling over, and half after that. All the hygienists have been excellent.

I absolutely love Dr Rupert, and his staff. Everybody is so warm and welcoming. A lot of people are hesitant to go to the dentist because of the embarrassment. Dr Rupert was kind, understanding, and gentle. He was human. His bedside manner is everything, and he and his staff are really empathetic. It makes it easy to face a fear head on. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.
