Response to the "owner": Not sure who monitors the reviews, but the response I received from the "owner" is the most disingenuous show of concern for the well-being of the customer and the business. Asking to discuss how to improve service and then providing the phone number to the front desk shows that no real discussion wants to be had. If I call the number provided, I would get a receptionist, and what would they be able to do? If real concern and a genuine desire to discuss how to improve was wanted, then the "owner" would have provided their professional email for me to respond to. At the end of the day lip service may sound good, but action means more, and Rita Ranch Dental Group, Dr. Nay, and the "owner" actions show that they don't really care. Looks can be deceiving. The establishment looks professional, but not everyone there is. Dr. Nay is very aggressive and confrontional. Worst experience and rudest staff ever. You call to ask a simple question for the dentist and they take days to respond which then you call back two more times and they never get back to you. Dr Watkins is amazing but should really have a staff meeting regarding sense of urgency and returning phone calls when people pay thousands of dollars for dental work.

This dental group is by far the best I've ever been to and you will feel the same after you try them. Special mention goes to Dr. Nay, Ana, Chloe and Megan. The entire staff is so delightful.
