Ritter Endodontics

I was referred to Ritter Endodontics for a root canal. It was a great experience! Everyone was kind and professional; the fees and procedure was explained to me beforehand. To say I don't like going to the dentist is an understatement, but this was a great experience. Can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had an apicoectomy done by Dr. Susin on a tooth with repeated failed root canal treatments. I found Dr. Susin to be very competent from the get-go. Her initial evaluation and explanation of treatment options was at my desired level, and she made her recommendation objectively and independently of other factors. The surgery itself went well and as I had expected it to be. Dr. Susin made herself available for my questions during the first week of recovery responding even over the weekend by prescribing medications based on my symptoms. Her staff were also extremely attentive and without my asking reimbursed me for an unforeseen but medically necessary addition to the procedure. The care I received from Dr. Susin and Ritter Endodontics was safe, efficient, and ethical.

Dr. Ritter is professional, very caring and compassionate with her patients and staff, she is comforting and explains in details what the patients treatment plan is, what is going to be done or what needs to be done.
