Echoing similar reviews I've read on the location, I left feeling like my teeth weren't actually cleaned. First I want to say I've had good experiences with Dr. Doescher, although she wasn't on staff for my recent visit. I wouldn't schedule another visit with this practice unless it's with Dr. Doescher herself. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment when I arrived, doing a new customer sign up, because of using a different email to book the appointment (there has to be a better way to simply update customer email on your system, rather than a whole new sign up...). During the appointment itself, a dental assistant was putting my mouth in pain with the x-ray machine she wasn't properly trained how to use, and the x-rays weren't clear so we had to do them all over again with a new assistant. Ouch. Finally, Dr. Dan simply didn't clean the back of my teeth... so after all that I left feeling like my teeth weren't even clean. And like the other review, the polishing felt quick and rushed.
The wait time is ridiculous and this dentist. The dentist, Dr. Droesher is extremely arrogant. I reached out to this Dentist to get my fillings done. After my first visit at this doctor I got my tooth pulled. I was told that I needed a tooth pulled because the insurance would not cover for a crown about a week later after the first visit, I received notification in the mail and the notification was indicating that it was an approval for basically impressions for my teeth. After completing the impressions, I love the doctor to complete my fillings. I went back to this place like an idiot because I have to travel out for a family reunion. The doctor was very sarcastic low-key. By making little comments to her assistant, as if I did not hear her towards me, the doctor then began my filling process, and the way she stuck me with the numbing needle was a bit excessive. During the drilling process this doctor had me feeling the entire thing. She then applied more of the numbing medication du
While everyone in the office is nice, (despite being packed in like sardines) their scheduling is not ideal. I went in, with a bad broken molar, they said I needed a root canal and a crown. I was put on antibiotics, however-- the next available appointment for a root canal was sometime mid July. So-- we all know what antibiotics do to the body, and when I said that this was definitely too long to wait for an exposed nerve etc, the response was , we'll just have to put you on antibiotics again. No. Then I was offered another location end of June- same thing. This is too long to wait for this type of issue. Everything in my gut just said to avoid this place all together, and after reading a lot of the other reviews, and seeing how they handle this type of situation, I decided to go somewhere else. Again, the staff is great, but they really need to work on the importance of the scheduling aspect.
