The workers here and doctors here are overall easy to chat with and get along with however the overall professionalism of the establishment is ridiculous. The wait times are ridiculous even if you get here on time/a little early. I literally had time to watch a movie on my phone AND write this review with how long I was waiting. The front desk over book the doctors so the doctors are hopping between patients. I got numbed for a filling that fell out and I haven’t seen the doctor back in my room for about another 45mins-1hr. The overall cleanliness is also questionable (unless that’s just me being a germaphobe) I didn’t see anything come out of the plastic/new wrappers everything was laid out on the counter on a mat or paper like item. There’s no plastic on the chairs and who knows if they wipe it between patients which I highly doubt with the waiting times. For everyone also complaining about not getting their appointments it’s because the front desk moves and kicks people of the sched

Terrible service. No one answers the phone. My sons appointments have been canceled after appointment time. Staff doesn’t show up if they do it’s right at 8:00 am (btw all of my son’s appointments are at 8) My sons brackets have fallen off numerous times. I’ve Submitted complaints to corporate, and was advised office manager would call and surprise surprise, no one has f/u. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Reporting to the insurance bureau as well as insurance carrier.

I am never able to get a hold of them. If I do happen to speak with someone I never get an answer and they say they will call me back with information. But never do. When I am there for an appointment it lasts at least 2 hours. When I go in person they are busy or on the phone (which is weird since they never answer my calls) so I have to wait to get checked in or wait to have someone answer a question. Ridiculous. I have been trying to request x-rays in order to switch over to a different provider but have not heard anything. Every time I speak with someone there they always have to wait or ask the office manager because they don’t know the answer.
