As both a patient and a mom with four children who either have braces or will be starting treatment, I am very grateful to have Dr. Roy and his staff leading our journey. From our initial consultation we felt welcomed and I loved how Dr. Roy took the time to explain the "why" behind the treatment plans and answer all questions, concerns and options instead of just telling us the plan. Everyone is extremely friendly, happy, professional and knowledgeable. I was greeted upon entering and called back on time. I never felt like my time in the chair was being rushed and Dr. Roy was involved in every one of my visits! My treatment has now been completed and I couldn't be happier with the results! I have had two children in care with VB orthodontist starting with Dr. Roy. Dr. Nguyen consulted about our third child’s teeth with the pediatric dentist to make a treatment plan. Everyone is so friendly. From the front office staff to Kevin with the camera and all the people in the back. Our family love this practice!

Dr Nguyen and her staff are always so professional, thoughtful and fun. I really appreciate the care and patience Alana shows during each adjustment. They explain where we are in the process and what the goals are which is great!!
