Michelle, the office manager is rude and lacks attention to detail. Because of this, no notes were taken when I called on 5/1 to schedule my appointment for today 5/8, and my appointment had to be cancelled an hour before I was supposed to be seen. Michelle needs to be replaced immediately. However, I had a lovely appointment with Dr.Bruce a few weeks ago. He was kind and very attentive to my questions/needs. I highly recommend him!
Foleck Center Virginia Beach has been super great with customer service and service in general. Been coming here for over 2 years. Love the personnel and their commitment to great dental care.
