ok for just a cleaning but if you have concerns they seem to brush you off
Where do I begin! From the moment you walk in! Clean! Friendly! IMMEDIATELY noticed! On Time! Friendly, CARING, AMAZING STAFF!!!!! My son's first dentist appointment and his words afterwards " Mom" I want to come back! " Lol.. "I love the dentist!!"! I can't say enough about the staff!! The hygienist, dentist, Made my son and I feel so welcome , comfortable ,calm! I highly recommend !!!!!!!!❤️ Thank you for taking such good care of us!!!❤️
**1/2 Star. Waited over 30 minutes for an 8am appt, to find out they were not properly staffed. They did not inform us of this and made a 3 yr old sit in a car for no reason (not easy to entertain a young kid in a car waiting). When asked, the staff had no answer just said they didn't know how long the wait was going to be. Turns out the hygienist was late and for some unknown reason the staff couldn't relate that to us in a proper manner. Very disappointed with this visit and how unprofessional this office staff was. Simple communication to the parent of the what was going on is all that was needed.
