DO NOT GO HERE. These people are scam artists and are billing me $600 for a simple cleaning. I wanted to go for a cleaning in may 2023 and asked if it was included in my insurance, they called back and said it was included. When I went there I asked again and the hygienist confirmed it was included. But then they sent me a bill for 600 and said it wasn't covered. I called the insurance and they said these guys had sent claims for so many things and not just a cleaning. I have been fighting with these guys and the insurance company for months now. I hate them so much. It's obvious they need to scam money to pay for that useless building.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Recently called to reschedule because of stomach issues that came up morning of appointment. Well, sudden physical issues wasn't a good enough excuse for the person I spoke with, so I hurried over to the appointment and showed up 15 minutes late, not feeling well. Because I was 15 minutes late they said they wouldn't be able to take care of me. So I was forced to show up, not feeling well, or I'd be charged 100 for missed appointment. But 15 minutes was beyond the threshold that they were willing to wait for a late patient. That seems odd considering I waited 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned just 2 weeks prior. Of course, I never complained, accepted their apologies, and on we went. I think consideration needs to be a 2 way street, but more importantly the fact that they couldn't understand that sudden stomach issues wasn't a good enough reason to cancel, or that I should have known ahead of time was ridiculous.
