Overall, my experience at this dentist's office was Great. The hygienist provided excellent care and was very helpful throughout my appointment. Additionally, the manager was attentive and assisted me in navigating my insurance coverage, which I appreciated. I would recommend this place to others based on the supportive staff and their dedication to patient care.
Heard this place was under new management so I had to check it out! The new manager, Melinda, and her team are very cooperative, patient, and helpful. The staff thoroughly explained my upcoming procedure and what to expect. Going to the dentist has always been a scary experience for me but when I went to Village Elm, all of my worries went away. Would definitely recommend and come here again.
