Essential Endodontics Frisco

Friendly front office staff, clean office, and professional Endodontist. I went in for a Consultation, and was able to have a root canal done the same day with no hassle. They had imaging machines to complete scan during the same visit. Quote was given to me prior to having the scan/procedure done so I knew exactly what my out of pocket was. It was a great experience. The only person who works and talks properly is Tiffany, the field manager "page" that's what she gave me, she is very rude. I asked her if my insurance covers most of it, so that I can decide if I cabn pay, she said I gave her details in the morning, but I had submitted all the details 4 days prior to it. When I told her that she said she will cancel my appointment if I insist to get those details or I can pay 240 and get it done or when I come to meet them in person they will let me know(drive 40 min and they will then tell me). I said its not a nice way to talk she said they no longer have that appointment i was scheduled and wont give me in future. Even if staff is good on-site but they should be good on call also. All I wanted was if my insurance was covered and how much i would have to pay so i can be prepared for payment. Since I can just switch to different location.

Wow! The team here is exceptional! The office manager, Paige, was so kind and helpful with getting all my ducks in a row for my procedure. Plus the virtual paperwork system they use to get everything filled out makes the task so easy! During my visit, the technician, Yuni, provided excellent care, especially when she gave me a comfy blanket to cover my legs during my procedure. And, Dr. Blacher was wonderful. He has to be the most genuinely kind doctors I have ever met! He was also extremely thorough in explaining my situation and in answering all my answers. He truly put me at ease with his great balance of professionalism and friendliness. The topper was that the office is very peaceful and elegant, which helped me to further relax during my not-so-fun procedure. I highly recommend Essential Endodontics!
