Please don’t waste your money or sanity to this insurance exploiting company. 1. Gave a crown for very small tooth chipping and were pushing for Invisalign the whole appointment. Never going to get that shaved tooth back. 2. Want me to get X-ray every 6 months and when I said: “i would like it every year” they asked: “Why? But your insurance covers every six months?” Like I’m going to break all my teeth so my insurance benefits can be used up? Then when I asked for 1 year, they tried to make me sign a paper that says I only want 1 year X-rays, mind you, it’s only been 8 months since my last X-ray. I said I wanted yearly X-rays but they are trying to milk all my insurance benefits for its worth. Instead of giving the you the treatment you need, it’s based on what your insurance company provides.

One of the more pushy dental offices that I've been too. Also, they're cleaning prices are beyond what I've ever seen before. I should have looked at the reviews first since this is apparently a common issue with them. I will say though that the front/administrative staff were pleasant both in-person and by phone.

I love the Ideal Dental group in west Frisco! They are always polite, professional and fun to be around. No one likes getting their teeth messed with, but this group makes it as easy going as possible… would recommend them to everyone! 10 ⭐️
