I would give them a higher rating because the dentist is amazing but I absolutely hate having to call in and deal with the front desk people. There are two people that are just extremely rude and will talk to you like you are stupid. God forbid you miss an appointment and have to call and reschedule. They will talk to you like you are dumb. If I could take my kids somewhere else I would but we are under contract with them for my daughter’s braces. So for now I’m stuck having to be talked down to for the next year. If you can find another great dentist with actual nice staff please save yourself the annoyance. It has also not been just me that has experienced this but also my husband and both my parents when they have had to take my daughter or son in for us.

This is a fantastic, very modern dentist office! Hygienist’s are very gentle and personable. Doctor Patel is quick and efficient. They make excellent recommendations on how best to take care my teeth and take my concern and feedback into consideration. It never feels like they are trying to ‘sell’ me on services I don’t need or have no interest in. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Patel for dental needs in the last 2 years. I would say that Dr. Patel is one of the BEST dentist I have ever seen, he is caring for the patients needs, very reasonable, always listen to you and provide great dental services with great bedside manner. He recommends services you need, he won’t rip you off for surgery/filling/crown that you don’t need. Also, his assistants are very professional and friendly as well, especially Megan.
