I had a great experience at Beavercreek Orthodontics! Every single person I spoke to was so friendly, so helpful, and very professional at the same time. To me that made the process that much more comforting and made my day! Big thank you to Dr. Domm for fixing my smile, and to everyone at Beavercreek orthodontics! And also thank you for the departing gifts as well :) It was such a smooth process and I absolutely recommend!

I've been working with and communicating with this office for the past 6 months and it has been equal parts warm and professional. However today really exemplified their caring and professional attitude. My daughter panicked and half-swallowed a piece of hardware. Callie, our technician, started calmly talking my daughter through her panic and she was able to gag up the piece of hardware. Of course my daughter was fearful and uncooperative at this point, but Callie never broke a sweat. She calmly and gently talked my daughter through everything, equal parts firm and patient. We made it through every step and finished the appointment, but probably would not have if not for Callie's patience and gentleness. It's one thing to have a place your kid is comfortable going, but it's quite another to be able to walk a kid through something they don't want to do. The practice is prompt, professional, and welcoming. The staff won’t settle for subpar treatment results and are always happy to answer questions. Alysha (front desk) is great with scheduling, and Christina is an excellent tech. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
