I believe in Dr. Roddy 100% but felt compelled to cease seeing him after a series of unprofessional incidents involving his staff. Had a hygienist stop interacting with me & walk out after I replied to her question, "What did you do for Easter" by stating (noncombatively) that I do not observe Easter. Her actions made me feel both marginalized and discriminated against. I reported same to the office manager, only to be stonewalled. When I persisted, a younger dentist at the practice intercepted

I have been going to Dr. Roddy for almost 20 years. He is a great dentist and the dental hygienist's are really good there. Gail McCoy is one of the best!! The entire office staff is friendly and personable. They always call to confirm the appointment and Melissa is always willing to help me out with any insurance needs or billing questions. I have had a wonderful experience at Dr. Roddy's office and have recommended it to my entire family and friends and will continue to recommend their office.

Dr. Roddy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions and explain procedures. He knows I had traumatic dental experiences as a child (NOT with him or his office), and takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. He never rushes through his exam or visit and is always friendly and personable. He has been our family dentist for as long as we lived here (18+ years). He is the reason my kids have a positive view of dentists because their experience with Dr. Roddy and his staff have always been excellent. The staff, from billing to hygienists, is amazing. Friendly, caring, and patient! I can't recommend Dr. Roddy's office enough!
