The office is beautiful, and even better, Dr. Sarah Smith is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She genuinely care about the health of your teeth, and always treatment plans whatever is best for you. They also have some of the best assistants around!
Flying an American flag is cool but when it’s tattered it’s disrespectful
I was told I was getting a free estimate for my childs orthodontics. They billed my insurance for over $500 for the free estimate. Now that I am going to another orthodontist I have less than my lifetime allowable benefit from my insurance company. They have a lot of patients going in an out, it's like a cattle call. You would think with all the volume of clients they have they would be able to provide a truly free estimate. Especially when they are asking you for a several thousand dollar investment and as much as a 24 month relationship. I have been to three other orthodontist in the area getting estimates and would choose any of them over Smith Orthodontics.
