During my experience at Dream Smile my team have been more than supportive, they were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Although today was bitter sweet I am so blessed to have them. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS OR YOURSELF HERE!!!! I came in for a consultation and noticed several red flags. Mind you, I’ve worked in the dental field myself so I know what’s right and what’s wrong. The old lady at the front desk with short red hair, didn’t even greet me properly. If anything I seemed like a bother to her when checking in but people have bad days so I was understanding. But I came here solely for Dr. Kharas treatment, only to find out he doesn’t work full time at this place. This makes their website very misleading!! The doctor I saw was friendly but I did my research and found out she’s actually a GENERAL DENTIST which I was never told. What this place is doing is absolutely disgusting. If you want to be in treatment for years due to them not having a proper orthodontist then this is the place for you. The need to invest their money into an actual doctor rather than their cheap decorations that they have around the office. This place is also located in a very sketchy area.
