Tryon Family Dentistry

Just finished up a cleaning and X-rays and will have to say the office and the staff are awesome!!! I am a senior lady in my 70's with severe vertigo and they treated me with respect & kindness. Found my new dental office.

Cannot get an appointment set up ... or any communication! Ridiculous. I am an existing patient who has went to Tryon Family Dentistry for years. They failed to set my follow up appointment and I called every single day last week, multiple times. Could not get anyone to answer. Left a voicemail .. No call back. Texted in ... No response. Emailed. Crickets. EDIT: In fairness ... this office suddenly put in a TON of effort to contact me after I posted this review ... what a joke. Obviously after they publicly lied about having ever received the calls, emails, texts for a week ... I have scheduled my appointment at another facility.

My experience was pretty good at the first visit. Until I was directed to speak to the Department to discuss possible implants. I had decided that was not an option for me and what other possible options would I have with my insurance. I was ushered out of the implant Department rather quickly and told that someone would you get a hold of me the next day to discuss my options. It's now two days later and I had to call them again and was told someone would be getting a hold of me by the end of the day. That never happened. My visit to the office was nerve-racking and quite frankly, scary and embarrassing for me. Now I'm frustrated and have no answers.
