Madison Yards Family Dentistry

My crown that was being delivered cracked. No big deal. Dr and staff was very accommodating. Not so happy with the hygienist. I’m not so certain she diagnosed me correctly. She left the exam room and never came back. No explanation, nothing. Sent in a person from up front. I won’t use her again. All in all the Dr and assistant are great. I hope there is another hygienist or I won’t be back.

I am SO happy with my decision to go here. Everyone from check in to the techs to the dentist and financial team were so friendly. They explained everything to me about teeth, financing, insurance and I felt empowered to make my own decisions about treatment while knowing their recommendation and why they recommend it. Overall I had a really comfortable experience and will be returning for the next appointment. Thank you!

I actually love this dental office but I have to give two stars because of the obscene amount of surprise billing. Pretty much every time I come here, I pay for my work up front or I'm told that it's covered, then I receive a bill a few weeks later, sometimes for over $1,000. Sometimes this is a mistake and when I call them they take care of it. Other times they are basically like "I don't know what to tell you, you owe this amount that we didn't tell you about when you consented to care". Other than that, this dentist is really great though!
