What an Awesome staff! Always helpful. Dr. Karr is the best Orthodontist in town hands down!! Always lively, lovely, and warm. She fixed my teeth so well, and now they look like a piece of art!! Highly recommended.

Dr. Kar is great. Such a kind woman with a calming spirit. I've always had anxiety going to the dentist, but she has helped me reduce this fear. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful. Update 5/23/23 I was shocked to see all new staff and a new business name on my most recent visit. I was informed that Dr. Kar is transitioning out of this location to the Marietta office. No one introduced themselves, they just started working on my braces and turning my head every which of way to get it done. The worst thing is the lady who put my bottom braces on was inattentive, talking to her friend on speaker phone, gossiping to a coworker in my presence, constantly walking off with devices left in my mouth, causing a painful dry tongue and mouth. She burned my face with the molding tool, and I now have a very visible burn. Spoke to the office manager who apologized, but I would like to warn others of the neglectful "care" with this particular dental assistant. Chelsey

Excellent service from beginning to end... my son just got braces. Savannah and Brittany kept him smiling... even called him "a vibe"????. Dr. Mahdavi was amazing during the consult and procedure. Our dental technician was extremely informative. No complaints from us... even effortlessly scheduled our next 2 appointments. I'm so happy this office is here in Madison Yard
